Meet Walter Suchyta
Walter F. Suchyta is a seasoned criminal defense attorney with over thirty years of experience representing clients in court. Admitted to the State Bar of California in 1992, Mr. Suchyta has built a reputation for his thorough case preparation, calm professionalism, and unwavering dedication to protecting his clients’ rights.
Mr. Suchyta’s practice focuses on criminal defense. His deep understanding of California’s courts and procedures allows him to navigate even the most complex cases with confidence and precision. He has served as a member of the Alameda County Assessment Appeals Board since 2015, contributing his expertise to local governance. His background also includes decades of leadership and management experience in the environmental and industrial sectors, including work with Kaiser Aluminum and the U.S. Army, where he served honorably as a Sergeant.
Mr. Suchyta earned his Juris Doctor from Southland University and holds additional degrees from LaSalle Extension University and Chabot College. He is a long-time member of both the State Bar of California and the California DUI Lawyers Association.
