Meet Carolina Arana
Carolina Arana is a Paralegal at Lamano Law Office. She ensures every client is updated with new developments on their case. Ms. Arana duties include managing the attorney calendars, gathering evidence, and processing subpoenas. She is in frequent communication with the department of motor vehicles and the District Attorney’s office to monitor cases that may not be charged or are pending investigation.
Ms. Arana studied Human development at Cal State East Bay in Hayward, California, where she also received her ABA-approved Paralegal certificate. Before joining our law firm, she worked as a legal assistant at The Ticket Clinic and a civil litigation defense firm. Ms. Arana was born and raised in the Bay Area and is passionate about helping her community. Since she was a young girl, she and her family started cleaning up the park by her home in Oakland every year. Now she joins the East Bay Regional Park District and volunteers in habitat restoration and Park & shoreline clean-up. Ms. Arana is proud to work at a firm where we take a more holistic approach to criminal defense and believes in restorative justice in her community. In her free time, Ms. Arana enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, attending sporting events and concerts.
